Lead statutory compliance, trust & safety policies, and user grievance redressal under India's IT Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Personal Data Protection laws.
Key Requirements & Focus
- Sound understanding of Indian cyber laws, IT Rules (Intermediary Guidelines), and DPDP Act.
- Experience acting as Grievance Officer, managing user reports, escalations, and statutory timelines.
- Enforcement of CSAE / zero tolerance child safety standards and cooperation with law enforcement agencies.
- High ethical standards, empathy, and impeccable communication skills.
