Trust & Safety

Safe by design.
Revealed by choice.

How we keep Blindly respectful, how to report someone, and the policies that protect your identity.

✦ community guidelines

Community Guidelines

Blindly is built on mutual respect, real people, and safe dialogue. By using the Platform, you agree NOT to:

  • Harass or Harm: Engage in harassment, stalking, hate speech, bullying, threatening behavior, or intimidation.
  • Fake Identity & Catfishing: Use fake photos, misrepresent your identity, or bypass our liveness verification systems.
  • Commercial Activity & Spam: Use the Platform for advertising, solicitation, commercial promotions, selling services, or spamming other members.
  • Inappropriate Content: Share or request explicit, illegal, sexually aggressive, or non-consensual content.
  • Automated Tools: Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or unauthorized tools to access data or manipulate the Platform.

Enforcement & Bans

We reserve the right to investigate reports and temporarily or permanently suspend any account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Violations involving harassment, commercial activity, or catfish profiles lead to immediate and permanent verification suspension.

✦ report a user

How to report a user

If someone makes you feel unsafe or breaks our Community Guidelines, report them. Reports are confidential; the person you report is never told who reported them.

01Open their profile or chat

You can report from user profiles, chat messages, shared media, and other user-generated content.

02Tap Report

Select the reason that best matches what happened.

03We review it

Our Safety Team investigates reported accounts and content, with human review.

Email the Safety Team

You can also contact us directly at safety@blindly.date. Child safety reports receive the highest priority for review.

✦ leak protection

Screen recording protection

What you share on Blindly stays on Blindly. We detect screen recording inside the app, and every video carries an invisible forensic trace linked to the account that viewed it.

In-app recording is detected

When someone tries to screen-record inside the app, we capture it and can act on the account.

Recorded on another device? We can still trace it

In Beta

If a video is filmed with a third-party device, our forensic techniques identify the profile the video came from. This capability is currently in beta as we continue refining our forensic verification models.

Leaking another member’s content breaks our Community Guidelines and can lead to permanent suspension.

✦ zero tolerance

Child Safety Standards

Blindly, operated by AYRAVT, is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Blindly is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and older. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be permanently suspended and removed from the platform.

To report a child safety concern, tap Report in the app or email safety@blindly.date.
