What is Blindly?

Blindly is a blind dating app in India designed for real, personality-first connections without photos or bios. You pick your mood, connect with people seeking the same vibe, and stay completely anonymous until both of you mutually choose to reveal.

How does blind dating work on Blindly?

Instead of superficial photo swiping, Blindly is an audio-first dating experience. Choose your mood, share an intro prompt, and talk with people in the same mood through voice notes and private chat. When the connection feels right, you each decide if and when to reveal.

When do we see each other’s photos?

Only when you both choose to reveal. One yes isn’t enough, so nobody sees your face unless you want them to.

Is Blindly safe?

Profiles are verified with a liveness check to stop fake accounts, and your identity stays hidden until a mutual reveal. Screen recording in the app is detected, leaked videos can be traced back to the account they came from (in beta), and you can report anyone from their profile or chat. Read more on our safety page.

Is Blindly free?

Yes, Blindly is free. You can earn passes by inviting your friends.
